The institutional leaders' conference, organised for senior leaders of educational and social institutions maintained by the Diocese of Debrecen-Nyíregyháza, began with a solemn Holy Mass.
The Holy Mass was celebrated by Bishop Ferenc Palánki, concelebrated by Dr. István Németh, Episcopal Secretary, and the diocesan school chaplains.

The programme then continued at the Diocesan Catechetical Centre, where Bishop Ferenc Palánki first greeted the participants and reported on the diocesan events of the past period. Afterwards, the heads of the institutions presented the personnel changes taking effect in their institutions from the 2025 school year, and then evaluated the results and experiences of the past school year in short presentations.
After a communal lunch, the professional work continued. Nándor Béres, Financial Director, and Dr. Diána Béres, Legal Advisor, presented the economic information and legal changes for the coming school year. Julianna Némethné Székely and István Kovács, Education Directors, analysed the statistical data of the past school year, emphasising the lessons to be learned for the future.
As part of the programme, Dr. István Németh, Episcopal Secretary and Religious Education Referent, provided information on the religious education tasks and programmes for the coming school year. The conference concluded with a closing prayer by the Episcopal Vicar, Father István Heidelsperger.
