"Love does not bargain!"
The Midnight Mass was celebrated by Father Gábor Csordás; Father Péter Máté, the curate, placed the statue of the Christ Child in the manger, and the festive homily was given by Father Imre Juhos at the Co-Cathedral of Our Lady of Hungary.
On Christmas night, the light of God enters the darkness of the world, not because we deserved it, but because He loves us: "The grace of God has appeared to all people." – This is none other than the infant lying in the manger – said Father Imre.
Jesus is a gift, a sign of gratuitous love that expects no conditions, yet is capable of transforming life and history.
We wish you a blessed and holy Christmas!
